Refund policy

Defective or Misprinted Items

If you receive an item that is defective, misprinted, or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require proof of the defect, which includes photos of the item. Upon verification, you will be prompted to send the item back and we will offer you a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.

Wrong Items Sent

If you receive the wrong item (e.g., a different product, size, or color) from what you ordered, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will ask you to provide photos of the item received. Once we confirm the error, you will be prompted to send the item back and we will send you the correct item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a defective or wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

Customer Remorse

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer remorse. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Changing your mind about a purchase
  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • Not liking the item upon receipt

Since our products are printed on demand, we cannot restock or resell these items. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and size charts before placing your order.

 

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at support@atraass.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019

If your return is accepted, we will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
